Report Data Important Point These some important point to report our data: 1. Explain to audience about what is happening in the data and why the insights are important. 2. Enlighten the audience about patterns, outliers or anything else through charts or graphs to understand the insights. 3. Engage the audience or even entertain them so insights can be perceived easily. 4. When we combine the right visuals and narrative with the right data, we can have a data story that can influence and drive change. Disaggregated Data Another way to report data is disaggregate data. Disaggregated data is data that has been broken down by detailed sub-categories, for example by marginalized group, gender, region or level of education. Visualization Identify data visualization practices that minimize the potential for misinterpretation, to minimize the misinterpretation you can follow this guidance to use charts.
