The main difference between health and well-being is that health is the state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, while well-being refers to an active process through which people become aware and make decisions toward a more successful existence. Thus, wellness is a lifestyle choice.
Health is a state of being, while well-being can be defined as the state of leading a healthy lifestyle through which a person can achieve good health. Therefore, the goal of wellness is to improve the overall well-being of the person. The health and well-being of a person or a country depending on the general state of health. Therefore, health and wellness go hand in hand. Both are common terms in the medical and health sector.
