In my eye, a great occupation is created by three basic elements: high salary, a satisfaction of a worker and professional environment. They are a formula for everyone, especially internships. They can consider making the right decision for their future career and their own cash flow.
If we can make an effort for everything we need and we want, a high salary is the only choice for us to live a stable life. What do we go to work for? Maybe for experience, maybe for a relationship but actually, the main purpose of working is earning money for effort. 56% of workers thought they chose that job because of their high salary, reported by ‘Career Interview’. In fact, money can’t buy everything but it can buy most things. If a company gives a proper salary the worker obviously will work more willingly, they will be in the mood to do efficiently. Of course, a good salary can make a worker feel pleasant about what they could receive.
Choosing a job based on your satisfaction can give you more chances to develop yourself. Salary can decide how will your attitude be in working, but at first you have to give an exact decision for what you want to do, how your personality, etc. A satisfactory work can make you earn more salary as a result of putting more concentration. Nothing can put off what you have planned for your work. You go to work with a happy smile and an enthusiastic mind so everything will have been done by your heart and soul. The promotion in your job will come one day if you work by your happiness and put every ability in.
Not only happiness and good salary, we also go to work for taking new experiences. Even though we work for ourselves but in fact we have to work in a team or a whole community. Joining a professional environment based on your work feature is as vital as your own culture. A good community can cause a good person so make a consideration correctly in choosing a working environment. Despite being a low position of job, we can easily go higher if we can open our mind in working with excellent workers. Not only those, working with a professional person can enhance your enthusiasm and earn the most perfect result.
Those are the elements of choosing a good job in my opinion. Absolutely, ‘job’ is a big aspect of modern society, but overall, those three elements are the basic one. The occupation is related to many sides of your personality but high salary, enthusiasm and professional environment are looked forward to in every career choice.
