Firstly, the topic that I considered to explore was ‘Religious Belief in Pakistan’. I chose this topic as there were many beliefs that usually depicts the negative thought and side of Muslim community as well as I already have some information about the Pakistan. Subsequently taking this into my mind, the first most questions that I had taken to bring out were as follows: Firstly, as I said earlier that whenever something inappropriate activity like war happen in the world the first thing comes in people’s mind is that Muslim community is the one who is behind the cause. Wherever, in relevant to this there were so many researches were done by the anthropologist regarding gender politics which illustrated that women have less freedom of rights as compared to the men. Relatively, when I was gathering the information there was point came when I had to change the source of information as it was not the relevant one as I mistakenly added in my project and that will result in going out the through the main concepts of the course. As well as I have to make changes in the writing pattern which was asked for completing this term project. As we all know that cultural anthropology is study of human society, culture and growth in regards with change in time period, in context to this my topic includes all the aspects that connect source information with the topics that we have discussed in the class. Thereafter, as it is said in the above lines that there were so many researches were done by the anthropologist regarding gender norms or politics is one of the examples that brings out the connection and relation that how my topic is generally related things that were covered in the course study.

Adding information in it, there were number of sources however, I used the online academic platform known as ‘JSTOR’ from where I have collected all the relevant information for this project. wherever, most of the information that I came up with is by taking help from the articles that were given in it, and some of the sources are just related with the course study as providing information from my own understanding of the course material that helped me in completing the work. All the sources that I chose for this project were academic as it includes the information about the things like authors name, published date and contributors name. while doing the research there were lots of information available about which I don’t even heard about and that helped me in changing some of my perspective about religious belief in Pakistan as not every person from Muslim community loves to be a part of war whereas just because of people with bad intension develop problem for all those innocent people and as a result they also have to go through so many unfortunate deeds. Additionally, finding a relevant source is one of the biggest challenges as it happened a lot that I had gathered irrelevant source of information and had to find out new source from where I can get the suitable information which is essential for the completion of the project. I had to Collect and change the wrong information which made me frustrated for some time as well as it took lot of time but at last it paid me with a better result of enhancing my knowledge and caliber of doing research projects like this. I found this topic related to cultural anthropology because whatever I have read through my sources, there are so many things comes to my mind and all are related to culture and changes till today. For example, If I talk about the whole thing or all articles, it will go too deep and long, so the most common thing I have read in one of the articles named “Islam in today’s world” is that the whole community is still criticized because of their terror activities performed by Muslim community by some of them. As I mentioned before in my proposal that there are contrasts in the public eye that emerge out of area, order, ethnicity, neighborhood custom and political advancements. So, while there likely could be a general and brought together way of life as 'Muslim' there are in any case noteworthy contrasts between Muslim social orders.

Well while doing the research lots of things came in my mind and as well as after reading and gathering information from my sources the prior conclusion that I am able to make is that whenever we think about some destructive human activity happened in the world the first most thing comes in our mind is that Islamic country might be behind that unfortunate attack. The main reason after this is the (9/11) attack in United States of America. Afterwards our thinking about Muslim people got changed which prompts us to have negative thought about them. Moreover, As I highlighted earlier that just because of few people with evil intensions makes the life of thousands of innocent Muslims worse due to which they suffer from caste discrimination, Muslim people living in different nations get forced by the native people of the country to go back their Islamic country; which I honestly felt is not right. On the other hand, if I consider all the terror wars that happened sometimes makes me think same as the way other people think about them.

The study that I have done on tis project will help me in enhancing my knowledge and in changing my perspective among the Islamic country. I would also love to learn more about this thing and I have been planning since the day I chose this topic for my project that in the upcoming future I will take higher courses of anthropology by which I will be able to change some of the point of view of people regarding Islamic belief as well. Although this topic is harder to explain properly as the term Islam and politics are broader in their own, but I have learned so many things from this such as most of the rituals are celebrated both in India and Pakistan. The major aspect that attracted my attention is that still in some parts of the Islamic countries’ women go through so many discriminations whether it is related with gender norms, social inequality of rights wherever my way of thinking got changed after reading articles about my topic that not every person belonging to Islamic community is a criminal or terrorist. Subsequently, as I mentioned earlier that I would love to study more about anthropology in upcoming future and it will be only possible if I get funds. Taking this in mind if I get funds then I would probably take this research study to the anthropologist so that I can help them in finding out new facts and ideas about the religious belief in Islamic countries so that it helps to change the people’s point of view regarding them. At last all the information that I found is with the help of surfing and reading out the article as well as with the research method in the cultural anthropology which is sub divided in different stages of which are as follows: At first I have to select the topic so that I can provide all the relevant and necessary information which will be explained relatively in considering way of cultural anthropology. After that, I have to formulate the data in the appropriate structure so that it gets clear about the question; who the centered audience for my project is. The next step after this finding out the information which will help in providing correct facts and material and once all the data is collected then I will examine the whole information as it also an important part of research field method. Wherever, number of ways are also present from which I can describe the quantifiable data. After analyzing the whole guided information interpretation of the data will take place that is quite a difficult task to do as I have to give an acceptable justification of the piece of information that I will be discussing about in my fieldwork. The last step will be the presenting part which will offer me better opportunity to tell different viewpoints of the people and I will be having a chance of quiring others opinion regarding my project work.
