‘Questions Are the Answers’ written by international best-selling author Allan Pease. ‘Questions Are the Answers’ has been divided into 5 chapters that have been strategically divided into objectives, rules and keys that become your guidelines throughout the process and after when you begin to use them in every day interactions. Chapter 1 (‘The First Step’) enforces the importance of knowing people in all different fields and the vital rules that establish a foundation for the chapters that follow, such as Chapter 2, which contains the keys on ‘how to get to ‘YES’’ and techniques for ‘how to make a positive impression’, that benefit both your work life and social life. Chapter 3 explains the ‘strategic skills’ needed for ‘powerful presenting’. Allan divides these chapters into informative headings that allow you to reference back to certain keys if you need to refresh your memory.

I agree with Allan’s approach to success; he allows you to develop the set of skills you already possess but rather “turbo-charges it!”, so that it maximizes and improves rather than changing it to techniques that are outdated and are no longer as effective as they once were (Pease, 2001). This book is clearly intended for those who want to achieve their dreams as a network marketer or business man or woman, who are willing to put in the effort to achieve their goals, and Allan has succeeded in reaching them, with thousands using his techniques in their presentations and when talking with all people part of the business world.
‘Questions Are the Answers’ is the essential ‘how to’ guide, equipping you with the power to change the way you present yourself, and the vital keys needed to achieve in the system. This book combined with determination and a strong work ethic will allow you to open doors for yourself you could’ve never seen in the future.
