Chemistry is the scientific discipline involved with elements and compounds composed of atoms, molecules and ions. It uses some techniques like titration, precipitation, spectroscopy, chromatography to get the results. In simpler words it is a subject that is involved in conducting tests of substances to know their composition. It consists of classical, wet chemical methods and modern, instrumental methods. It is focused on improvement in experimental design, chemo metrics and the creation of new measuring tools. It has broad applications to forensics, medicine, science and engineering.
This is the study of all substances that lack the carbon hydrogen bond. Individual study of metals like Sodium, Iron just to mention a few and also nonmetals such as Phosphorus, Oxygen all falls under this category. It is divided into two parts. The first one involves the reactions of compounds and the elements .There involve a bunch of rules, but remember, since chemistry is an laboratory science, exceptions are common.
