I assigned EJ one assignment and she worked fast and diligent on it. Then, when I got worried that another, different assignment wasn't going to be completed within time by a different writer, I assigned her to that one as well. Without complaining, she paused the initial assignment and quickly began working on the second assignment and yet completed the second one within time! Also, both assignments were well written. I was the one being a pain and stressed out. She was calm, pleasant, and just overall willing to continue to be a help in the time of need!
