It took over 2 weeks to get this revision (which was also after the deadline that I'd given in the first place. After reading through the revision, I'm needing to request another revision due to grammar and an apparent lack of understanding of the material. I'm requesting a different writer as A. I don't have another 2 weeks to wait on another revision and B. I don't trust after the first 2 attempts that the 3rd will be any better.
