One of the uses of communication in an organization is to help build Networking or networks both internally and externally in the organization. Networking is another form of social relationship. This social relationship is built and used as a connection to advance individual or group goals. This network is very much needed in an organization to help expand career wings and the organization's positive image through the dissemination of information related to organizational achievements. One way to be able to win global competition is through improving and developing human resources. This development can be started with the willingness and literacy skills that are owned, then continued with development related to mastery of technology, and development of soft skills such as communication, collaboration, interaction, teamwork, decision making, innovation, creativity, and many more. 6) Communication strategy is a guide to communication planning with communication management to achieve predetermined goals. In formulating a communication strategy to build networks and win global strategies, there are several steps, namely determining communication targets, selecting communication media, assessing communication messages, and the role of communicators in communication. Communication strategies can also be supported by the implementation of several communication networks, namely downward, upward, and horizontal communication networks. Through the discussion above, every organization should increase efforts in building networking or networks to help achieve goals effectively and efficiently. In addition, the challenges faced by other organizations are the rapid development and progress of the era causing the level of global competition to be very tight and high.
