Monitoring anti-C1q levels could thus provide a useful biomarker for assessing disease flares and guiding therapeutic decisions in SLE patients. 2b. Ở đây người ta thấy yếu tố 5 giảm mạnh). 1 là chỉ sử dụng kháng sinh, pt và aptt sẽ kéo dài 2 là ngưng kháng sinh và bắt đầu dùng ức chế miễn dịch CsA thì nó xuống 1 xíu 3 là vừa kháng sinh vừa ucmd thì nó lên lại 4 là ngưng hẳn luôn chỉ dùng ucmd thì pt và aptt về lại bình thường, còn yếu tố V lên lại bình thường => hình này cho thấy rằng *việc hình thành kháng thể ức chế yếu tố V do kháng sinh gây ra* dẫn đến kéo dài PT/APTT và chảy máu, và tình trạng này *cải thiện rõ rệt sau khi ngừng kháng sinh và điều trị ức chế miễn dịch*, xác nhận chẩn đoán *thiếu yếu tố V mắc phải (acquired Factor V deficiency)*.
