‭Quality management‬ ‭introduction :‬ ‭ owadays, companies, whatever their type of activity, are subject to‬ N ‭tough competition favored by globalization and the emergence of‬ ‭means of communication. In this period of tough competition and‬ ‭s trong competitiveness, the quality delivered of products and services‬ ‭h as become a necessity: selling is good, but selling with the guarantee‬ ‭that the customer is satisfied is better. In addition, with the opening of‬ ‭markets and the strengthening of competition, the customer can assert‬ ‭h is requirements because he has the choice in a range of products that‬ ‭s uits him, and all companies today want to retain and build the loyalty‬ ‭of their customers. He prefers to go towards companies that provide‬ ‭quality products that meet his expectations and at the best price (value‬ ‭for money).‬ ‭ aced with the challenges of productivity and the expectations of its‬ F ‭customers, the company must constantly adapt to remain‬ ‭competitive. In this context, quality is increasingly taking on crucial‬ ‭and strategic importance in industrial and service companies. It has‬ ‭become one of the most powerful tools and a condition for the‬ ‭s uccess, performance and sustainability of organizations immersed in‬ ‭a highly competitive economic environment, marked by the rapidity of‬ ‭technological and commercial developments. Indeed, many‬ ‭companies, administrations and associations have teams and people‬ ‭responsible for managing quality.‬ ‭ urthermore, quality no longer concerns only the product, it also‬ F ‭concerns its environment and all the company's functions. Quality is‬ ‭n o longer considered as a result through the characteristics of the‬ ‭product perceived by the customer. It is appreciated from the point of‬ ‭v iew of the management approach which leads to a result. In other‬ ‭words, we wonder about the characteristics of an organization that‬ ‭make it possible to obtain quality.‬ ‭ he concept of quality has evolved greatly over time; from simple‬ T ‭quality control, we moved to quality assurance and then to total quality.‬ ‭In this sense, what the markets expect in terms of quality is to have a‬ ‭product whose content is safe and rigorously certified, they want‬ ‭customers to be satisfied, and of course, you also need an efficient‬ ‭organization.‬
