Linear Equation
A linear equation is an algebraic equation in which each a term is either an constant or the Product of a Constant and a single Variable raised to the First Power. The general formofa linear equation in one Variable (usually denoted as x) is:
ax + b
where a and b are Gonstant, and X is the Variable. The Solution to this equation is the value Of that fatifies It.
Example:
Consider the linear equation: 2x + 3 = 0
That Find the Solution, we isolate x:
2x=-3
X3
2
So, X 3 is the Solution to the equation 20+3=0
