After taking the Self-Assessment, how can you apply the Professional Dispositions and Ethics in your practice as an educator? In taking the Professional Dispositions and Ethics self-assessment, I expect to reflect on my personal attitude, my beliefs and values that are in correlation to my professional behavior. In completing the self-assessment, I realized what my strengths and weaknesses are when it comes to my professional career. B2. The assessment was eye-opening, and I am excited about my future and where I am exactly in my education journey. My results from my pre-flection expectations were similar however in time I believe that things will evolve over time. After taking the self-assessment, I learned things that would be beneficial for me as an educator for example ethical standards and having a growth mindset. B2. In my practice as an educator the self-assessment has shown me what my strengths and weaknesses are, and I plan on building from there. I am exciting regarding my educational journey, and I welcome all feedback and areas that could be improved upon.
