The process is described below.

1. Registration

2. Test Writing

Next step are allowed to pass test on English.
Time for test is limited - only 30 minutes which significantly complicates its passing for most writers, but only in such way we could choose the best candidates for the next stage.
3. Essay Testing

One more probation - to demonstrate essay writing skills. Now therefore, each candidate should complete a sample essay on a provided topic within 30 minutes. It is important to understand that candidates do not know the topic of the essay in advance so they do not have the opportunity to prepare beforehand.
4. Documents verifications

For verification we ask copy of a diploma as a proof of higher education and a copy of the ID. Our HR Manager checks the applications and decides whether the applicant meets our requirements. Once the writer is approved, a personal mentor guides the writer, checks his first 5 papers and holds the final exam based on academic writing requirements.

Only best of the best make it all the way to the end and became verified writers on our platform.
