Who is Responsible?
Red: They are slightly at fault because they could've warned people in their
town about the danger, but they were possibly frightened to tell anyone, or
couldn't get anyone to believe their story.
Blue: They are mainly at fault due to their killing a massive number of people,
even though they could have done something small to even help some

Green: Hitler led this entire movement of wanting to remove Jews entirely,
which eventually led to millions of Jews dying, with him being at fault for it,
and he was able to convince his army to be brainwashed into what he

Orange: They could not do anything, as many things were preventing them

from fleeing, and they did not realize how quickly the situation would

Purple: Almost as bad as Hitler, as they were the ones who assisted in a major
massacre of the Jews and led the idea of it being the final solution.
Brown: People often do stuff out of fear, and if their life is on the line, they
will do whatever it takes to be spared, even things such as ratting out another
friend to live. (2.2%)
White: They could've been scared by the power that Hitler wielded,

especially if they were smaller than him, so speaking up against the ordeal
would lead to possible attacks on them.
Pink: Same as leaders of Allied countries because they were possibly scared
of what he could've done to them, and they didn't want to face the
consequences or possible death. Plus, they could've been on deck with the
entire plan.
Black: Gods are purely beliefs, so they aren't truly real to protect their people
from certain danger.
