Customer loyalty 1. Loyalty strategies: Several strategies appear: has. Reward strategy: It is a strategy which consists of offering advantages to customers (such as loyalty points for customers who subscribe with an operator). b.Intensification strategy: The company exercises this strategy to encourage or attract current customers to repurchase and this is done by establishing discounts on the next purchase. But sometimes these strategies are of no use if the consumer tries other brands we call the latter by "a chameleon consumer" in order to seek variety or the market is more open and it contains a lot of range which respond to their needs or for the search for stimulation. II.Loyalty actions: Building loyalty means staying in contact with the customer after the sale, during use in order to ensure their satisfaction, and for this we distinguish two actions: 1. Remote actions: In this section we find means of written communication and the telephone: vs. Means of written communications: This is done by sending letters or messages which contain, for example, proposals for new products, invitations, thanks, satisfaction questionnaires, etc. d. The phone: The salesperson must not overuse telephone contacts; he uses it when transmitting personalized and urgent information. e. The new tools: Thanks to technology, the salesperson can launch information that meets customer needs on the "net".
