Kayley Martinez ENGLISH I Mrs. Paranjpe 4/23/23 *LINK* (TED TALK) Based on the video that I have watched, the presenter was able to capture my attention by using multiple effective techniques . Firstly, the presenter used a clear and an engaging tone of voice, making it easy for me to understand and follow along with his presentation. Additionally, the presenter used relevant and appropriate examples that help me connect with the topic being discussed. The use of visuals such as the images that he has displayed also helped me to keep my attention focused on the whole Ted Talk. Also the speaker was able to maintain a consistent pace throughout the video . Overall, the presenters use of effective communication methods made it easy for me to understand and me engaged throughout the movie. Abortion is a topic that is as controversial as it is complex . It is a topic that has become a battleground, which each side fighting fiercely for what they believe to be right. At the heart of the issue lies a fundamental question: at what point does life start? While some argue that life begins at conception , others contend that women have the right to make their own choices about their bodies and their futures. The debate surrounding abortion isn’t just about the question of morality or legality, it is a deeply personal and emotional issue that affects countless women and families across the board. “ The choice is the Landlord’s, not the tenants , not the neighbors . Your uterus, your choice.” By the wisest words from Jameela Jamil who has been an inspiration for females.
