Link – In previous animal science classes, students have discussed monogastric (non-ruminant) animals. We will go more in depth and explain more of the monogastric digestive system. 2. Warm-Up. TRANSITION – Today, we’re going to try to think about these things in the context of designing lesson plans discuss animals that are considered monogastric, along with the parts of a monogastric stomach, and enzymes in monogastrics.
