A: Niklas Heds' decision to reboot the company after it had been unsuccessful could be characterized as an intuitive decision. His goals and how he was going to achieve success this time around were not very clear, and he was under a lot of pressure to create a hit quickly before the company lost money again. Niklas also had experience with the problem because he had gone through the process of trying to make a hit game before Angry Birds, but was unsuccessful. Once their company had initially failed and they were unable to come up with a hit game, Nikolas and his brother teamed up once again to try and meet the same goal. When they decided to tackle the problem again, the solutions to the issue were unclear and they knew they needed to brainstorm some in order to be successful. They did just this as they teamed up with their designers to come up with many options for a new game. During this process, they have plenty of time to devote to creating the game and immerse themselves in the issue.
