The Dodger strategy is used by the local firms, and they find themselves on the edge of their home market and offering a better and cheaper product with the multinational firms. The Defender is used by the organization to protect the current market share by emphasizing existing products and producing a limited product line. A defender succeeds and seeks safeguard from the competitor and by maintaining product line to be competitive and making it hard for the rivals to compete. This kind of strategy seeks to hold onto current customers and innovates and seeks to grow. The Contender is used when the pressure gets high to globalize and assets of the company are being transferable into abroad, this is when the companies adopt the contender strategy. The Extender strategy they practice to increase the market share and keep it the maturity phase for the marketing product life cycle rather than is going to decline. The extender strategies they include re-branding the product, seeking new product and even they offer price discounts. The Power distance in this dimension, inequality, and power is perceived by the followers and the lower level. At a higher level, it indicates the hierarchy, clearly executed and established without a doubt or a reason in society. In a lower degree, it signifies that the people question the authority by trying to attempt to distribute the power in the society. In short, the members in society will accept that power of institutions and organizations expected should be distributed equally. Individualism vs collectivism is how personal needs work and how goals are being prioritized. In another country, individualism has the highest score caused by an upbringing in terms of selfresponsibility and independence of a person. While collectivism in society describes with tightly integrated relationships with the family and into other groups in society. Masculinity vs Femininity is clearly defined what are the deference's of a man and woman in our society. Gender roles it has to distinguish clearly. Men are being described by the society are the strongest and has the ability in earning power. While women's cultures are being described by society as high value in interpersonal relationship and most caring in the overall quality of a woman can offer. Uncertainty avoidance measures the extent to which people are comfortable with tolerant risk and ambiguous situations. Uncertainty avoidance has low and high. In low culture value diversity and beliefs, and has a wide range of tolerating opinions. In high culture trying to attempt to limit ambiguity through norms and laws of behavior in more and high conformity. Long term versus short term orientation in culture programs refers to accept material, social and emotional needs. In the long term attribute and emphasizes the future and persistence while short term emphasizes respect tradition, the past and the present, and to fulfill social obligations.
