In fact, students' parents should play a greater role in the development of their children's intelligence and emotional intelligence because parents are the main educators who shape children's character. Parents as providers of the foundation and main filter for children in their environment are the parties most responsible for their child's development and growth. The inability of parents to educate their children will become an easy target for school capitalists who open schools just for profit. Magnificent school buildings, an international standard curriculum, or well-organized management do not guarantee that a child will be successful in life, especially without support from their parents. A child needs a conversation partner who can appreciate and pay attention to them. In this way, the child's self-confidence will increase and he will grow up with good emotional intelligence. Good parents prepare everything their children need, including instilling good values and leadership in their children. Problems at the Process Stage Problems that occur at the process stage are caused by frequent changes in the curriculum. Curriculum changes cause school principals and teachers to be busy fixing learning tools, learning to make learning tools based on the latest curriculum, and other things of an administrative nature, causing them to run out of time and thoughts to solve these problems. Problems at the Output Stage The problems that occur at the output stage are because students who excel numerically on their diplomas are not necessarily successful in the work field because practice in the work field is not just theory or analysis alone. In the world of work, companies do not only require brain intelligence, but also require people who think creatively because creative minds will be able to survive in unpleasant conditions and situations. This is in contrast to what is happening in this country, the title obtained seems to be a form of legitimacy that can show that someone is smart and has the right to occupy a prestigious position in a company.
