Entrpreurship notes Marketing Meaning Marketing as the main factor of production is a test for people to identify opportunities to do business, arrange necessary products (human, financial and material) and assume earnings risks. Entrepreneurship as a process involves identifying business opportunities, planning required resources, and taking on and managing the risks associated with creating a business. Entrepreneurship as a skill refers to the ability and willingness to develop, organize and manage a business and all its risks in order to make a profit. The most obvious example of entrepreneurship is starting a new business. Entrepreneur: This is the person who creates, organizes, owns and risks businesses to make money. An entrepreneur is a person who creates an idea to start a new business, uses all risks, and not only turns the product or service into reality, but ensures that he needs products or services. Initiates and invents a new idea; Recognizes and uses opportunities to create a business; accepting decisions that will make the service profitable, Taking responsibility for the profit or loss of the company. Intrapreneurship is the process by which people or a group of employees in an existing organization create a new business or led a change or innovation to benefit the economy. It is an innovation process that includes new ideas, products and processes, or a new creation in an existing business or organization. An entrepreneur is someone responsible for creating new ideas, products and processes or a new creation in an established organization. An entrepreneur is someone who thinks outside the box, has leadership skills, and isn't afraid to take calculated risks. Therefore, entrepreneurs have the same characteristics as entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs believe in change and do not fear failure, explore new ideas, find opportunities that can benefit the entire organization, take risks, encourage innovation increase productivity and effectiveness, resources are provided by the organization. Entrepreneurs work hard; so they are recognized and rewarded by organizations. The following points provide an important summary of the difference between Entrepreneur and Entrepreneur: 1. An Entrepreneur is someone who starts a new business with a new idea or idea 2. Entrepreneurs, in products, services, processes, technology, etc. are employees of organizations that support innovation. 2. Entrepreneur uses his resources When the entrepreneur’s uses company resources, it is human, machine, money, etc. 3. Entrepreneur collects his own money. In contrast, entrepreneurs themselves do not need to raise capital; The Company provides it. 4. Entrepreneurs work in start-up companies. On the other hand, entrepreneurs are part of an existing organization. 5. The businessman is his boss, so he can make independent decisions. The Entrepreneur of, on the other hand, works for the institution and cannot decide on his own. 6. Business is risky and uncertain. For entrepreneur’s, danger and uncertainty come from the company.
