Literacy Intervention Area of Reading: Fluency, Comprehension, Vocabulary Name of Intervention: Reading Plus Who is it for: Students in Grades 7-12 scoring less than a grade-level below their Capacity Index as measured by the Reading Plus InSight assessment (students who have a year or more below grade level in comprehension and vocabulary). What is it: Online, adaptive skills-based intervention and assessment. How is it implemented: Students have weekly goals based on a screener and receive adaptive tasks with some self-selected topics. How do you know it is working? (Progress Monitoring): Weekly/daily review of achievement combos (2 or more scores of 80% on the formatives).
