Neutropenia Infections by opurtunishe infections or Bacteria Thrombo CYTOPENIA - Bleeding into skin & Mucus(Purpura) Bone pain STERNAL TENDERNESS Extra medullay Infiltration: -Lymphadenopathy 75%, involvement of Lymphadenopathy. CERVICAL - Borne pair & tenderness. - splenomegaly > Hepatomegy. CNS →Leukemic meningitis (ALL) LABORATORY FINDIGS PERIPHERAL BLOOD • Total WBC count: Raised, 20x10% to 200x 10/1 • Platelet count: Reduced, Thrombocytopenia () • Hemoglobin Decreased ( As low as 3 g/dL) PERIPHERAL SMEAR RBC normoytic normochromic Anemia WBC:- Total count increases, 20% or wore (lymphoblasts -Larger than small Lymphogite LYMPHOBLAST High Nic Ratio Nexelous (condensed Chromatin & nucleod Cantabromiderate (agranialar basophilia inom prious o platelets Thrombocytopenia PAS-Positive Myeloperoxidase (MP) negative Sutan Black B negative BONE MARROW Celblarity- Morked hypercellulor Mayakugopries Reduced. Blast- 20-100% of Bolle Morrow Cells. #PROGNOSIS OF ALL> AML -Serum uric Acid M LDH ROLUS.J
