Hey guys,
Here is my addition to Jina’s chart. I thought that it would be helpful to include the
name, age, ART start date and ARV drugs at the top.
Also I grouped some of the most common symptoms together. The first column (Fever,
cough and shortness of breath may appear because of opportunistic pneumonias and TB).
The worker can mark down F for fever if the patient only has fever, C for cough if the
patient is coughing and S if they are also short of breath. The second column is dedicated
to side effects of lactic acidosis. The third column is for meningitis. And the others were
more or less already there.
