Chronic dyspnea, SPO2 40-50 during
exacerbation, cough (esp in AM), hypoxemia,
crackles and wheezes, rapid shallow
respirations, barrel chest, use of accessory
muscles, clubbing fingers and toes, pallor and
cyanosis of nail beds
