Marketing Information System
A marketing information system (MKIS) provides information related to a company's
marketing activities.An MKIS consists of a combination of input and output subsystems
connected by a database.
Output Subsystems each output subsystem provides information about important elements in
the marketing mix.The marketing mix consists of 4 main elements that are managed by
management in order to meet customer needs at a profit.The mix consists of :

The product subsystem provides information about the company's products.

The place subsystem provides information about the company's distribution network
3.
The promotion subsystem provides information about the company's advertising and
personal selling activities.
4.
The price subsystem helps managers make pricing decisions.
In addition, there is still a fifth subsystem

The integrated-mix subsystem allows managers to develop strategies that consider the
combined influence of the above elements.
Each of the output subsystems consists of programmes contained in software collections that
enable users to obtain information in the form of regular and specialised reports, results from
mathematical simulations, electronic communications, and knowledge-based system advice.
Database The data used by the output sub-system comes from 3 input sub-systems
The output subsystem of the information processing system collects data from internal and
environmental sources and enters it into the database.
The marketing research subsystem also collects internal and environmental data by
conducting specialised studies.
The marketing intelligence subsystem collects environmental data that serves to keep
management informed about the activities of the company's competitors and customers as
well as other elements that may affect marketing operations.
Human Resource Information System
It provides information to all company managers related to the company's human resources.
Manufacturing Information System
Or what is called (manufacturing informatiojn system) provides information to all company
managers relating to the company's manufacturing operations.
Financial Information System
Provides information to all managers of the company relating to the company's activities.
Executive information system (EIS) Is a system that provides information to higher-level managers on the overall performance of
the company.

DATA WAREHOUSING
Data warehousing has been given to describe data storage that has the following
characteristics:
- Large storage capacity
- Data is accumulated by adding new records, rather than being kept up-to-date by updating
existing records with new information.
- Data can be retrieved easily
- Data is used entirely for decision-making, and is not used in the day-to-day operations of
the company
DATA WAREHOUSING SYSTEM
The data warhouse is the main part of data warehousing that enters data into the warehouse,
converts its contents into information, and provides the information to users.
