Orchestrating People, Projects, and Profits: - This perspective is a direct representation of the manner in which organizations harmonize people, project, and profits. High-Energy Title Reflecting the Dynamics of the Management Role - Organisation management is quite similar to leading an orchestra. - It is a very delicate job of managing the people, the tasks, and at the same time, making profits. 1. Leading People ● ● ● Communication: The foundation of leadership. This means that everyone in the organization will be well informed thus being on the same page with the organizational goals. Motivation: Knowing what motivates your team may be useful in preventing them from slacking off and/or becoming unproductive. Conflict Resolution: Managing conflict by decreasing tensions as well as escalation of any conflicts between workers in order to sustain a healthy work relationship. 2. Overseeing Projects ● Planning: This has the advantage of making the goals and time frame on the project more realistic. ● Execution: Coordination means assignment of the tasks, overseeing the work and making the desired changes when needed. ● Review: Weekly meetings to assess the outcome and modifications with respect to the effectiveness or the efficiency. 3. Ensuring Profitability ● Budgeting: Risk minimisation in the aspect of finance by developing and adhering to a budget to regulated costs and increase returns. ● Revenue Generation: Looking at the sets of activities that can be performed to identify and exploit areas for increasing the size of the revenues. Effectively Control and Arrange People - It can be concluded that being able to effectively control and arrange people, projects, and profits is crucial for any manager. - It is a very sensitive area but by adopting appropriate strategies and possessing some skills, it is easily achievable.
