Nuclear Forces depends on velocity of nucleons as well as orientation of Spins of nucleons. 6. Nuclear Forces are charge independent Thus F (n-n) F (n-p) = F (p-p) 7. Nuclear Forces have isotopic invariance (related to Isospin which is conserved in strong Interaction & is equal for n and p) and acts such that no. of n and p remains Same) 8.
