This indicates that my self-awareness, selfmanagement, and overall comprehension of my emotions as well as those of others are all balanced to a high degree. When I compare myself to the results I received, I agree that I am compassionate and empathetic, always willing to assist when needed, and able to quickly adjust to change, though I occasionally miss a beat or appear indifferent. I'm also extremely driven and goal-oriented, so if I set my mind to something, I will do everything in my power to complete it. When I face challenges, I sometimes feel defeated or disappointed, but I am very good at taking a brief break to regroup before approaching them in a different way. I understand life has its ups and downs, and that it is all about being able to bounce back from disappointments. I sometimes think that I am far too empathetic and sympathetic, which can be a barrier because I tend to turn other people's problems into mine. However, this has been changing more and more every day, and it makes me happy to know that I won't let these feelings cloud my judgment. I try to make everyone happy and in good standing while working hard because I care about what other people think of me. Having excellent coping skills would be one of my greatest strengths. emotional selectivity, resilience, adaptability, and the capacity to recognize emotions are also required. Because of these characteristics, I am a great team player who is also easy to work with. I also easily adjust to new teams, even if others are completely different from me. I work very hard and meticulously, so I often get asked for advice or to take the lead. However, I prefer to be a support worker rather than the team leader. On the other hand, even though I am strong and able to deal with them, I dislike conflict and find that it makes me feel uneasy even when I appear to be fine. I have been working on it because I have the same problem when it comes to approaching people in higher positions than myself. If I can avoid it, I will, but if I do, I will feel like I am imposing on them and taking up valuable time. Another flaw of mine is my desire to ensure that everyone is content, even though this may not always be possible or realistic. As a result, I may find that I am under too much pressure to complete unnecessary tasks. I put others' happiness above my own and neglect my own needs, so it must change. To overcome my difficulties approaching others and to accept that I cannot please everyone, I will set SMART goals going forward. My first SMART goal will be to discuss how I feel about approaching the various leaders at my current workplace and get their feedback. I'll carry this out over the next three weeks. This is a goal that I can easily achieve and accomplish without difficulty. There are a lot of leaders with different schedules than mine, so the goal time is realistic. I'll have a reference point and feel more at ease in the future if I get their advice on how to approach them and when the best times are based on the circumstances. The second SMART goal will be to start telling people no when I can't do it, no matter how it might hurt them. For two months, I will work on this. I anticipate that this will be challenging at first, but I believe that by practicing saying no to things, regardless of whether it will upset them or others, it will become easier over time. By coming out first, I'll be more likely to believe that I should prioritize my own happiness and sanity over those of others.
