This could also boost his confidence by allowing him to express his enthusiasm for the results he is responsible for to his superiors. Robert will project a lot of self-assurance onto the people he wants to get promoted to. To keep up with the most recent methods, technologies, and skills, continuing education is essential. Robert is self-aware enough to know that he will need to take classes to learn how to manage money better so that one day he can run the entire factory floor efficiently. He will also demonstrate to his superiors that he is committed to personal development by expressing the desire to acquire new skills.
