Watering of -Mydcardial infarction: Chest pain referred to left jaw -Temporal arteritis: Jaw claudication (pain on chewing); Associated with headache, Tenderness in temporal arter. -Temporomandibular joint disease: Most commone cause is TMJ Dysfunction syndrom, due to Malocclusion, ill-fitting dentures Or bruxism secondary to stress. Clicking present.Other causes of TMJ pain include rheumatoid Arthritis, osteoarthritis, and septic Arthritis -Trigerninal neuralgia: Stabbing intermittent pain Involving one or more division of the trigeminal never -Depression: Common. Present atypical facial pain.Bilateral/Shifting pain. No abnormality Noted. No restriction to Movement of jaw.Has other Complaints that reval Abnormality 1.
