Experiment Molisch test:- To 1 ml of glucose and 2 to 3 drops of d-naphthole and 1 ml of cone Sulphurric acid along the sites of the test tube. Benedict's text- To 8 drops of cheese add 5 ml of benedict's reagents, boil vigorously for 2 min and allows it to cool Spontaneously Barfoed's test:- To 2 ml of glucose add 2 ml of Bartoed's reagent and boil to that add 1 ml of phospho-molybdice acid (drop by drop). scliwamoft's test:- To 1 ml of glucose add 3 ml of Scliwanoff's reagent and boil for 30 see 5 Osazone test:- To 1 ml of glucose add half Spatula phenyl, hydrazine hydrochloride. add 1 spatula. Socium acetate.. to this add to drops of glacial acetic acid. heat under boiling Water bath for about half an hour. cool the Solution Slowly and examine crystal conder the microscope
