Posture is the position and bearing of the body for alignment and function of the kinetic chain. Posture is important for human movement because it ensures that bones are well aligned with the rest of the body and the tension in muscles and ligaments are properly distributed. If your posture is thrown off it can cause tension and other problems. 2. Define neuromuscular efficiency and provide an example of this during an athletic movement. Neuromuscular Efficiency is the ability of the neuromuscular system to enable all muscle to efficiently work together in all planes of motion. An example of this during athletic movement is bench pressing 3.Define a muscle imbalance and provide 1 example that can lead to an injury.
