LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT I, ------ (NRIC No. ----), a Malaysian of No. ---- of full age, DO HEREBY REVOKE all former testamentary dispositions, wills or codicils hereinbefore made by me AND DECLARE this to be my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT. 1.
