Networking opportunities are available within my
work environment, I just need to make time for it.
My department is constantly expanding, 0and I
could potentially passion myself for a role with
greater responsibilities.

Though I may be perceived as nice I could gain

What I’ve learned from analyzing my Strengths:
My character is what defines me as a person. I am confident that when presented with a task I go above
and beyond to not only invoke confidence in the person trusting me but make sure I ask all the right
SWOT Analysis – Unit 7 questions and collect all the information required to perform the task 100%. Thinking about this process
helped me reflect on my work ethic and what has enabled me to flourish in my career.
What I’ve learned from analyzing my Weaknesses:
We all have weaknesses and for me, I own up to them and do not let them be a constant hindrance to
me. Though we all have them, I cannon let them be representative of who I am. I am constantly and
proactively learning and growing as a person.
What I’ve learned from analyzing my Opportunities:
I think it’s a great moment when you can sit down and think through who you are as a person, what your
strengths and weaknesses are, and what others may think of you. I’ve learned that knowing what path
you need to take is very important.
What I’ve learned from analyzing my Threats:
This level of analysis is not something I normally do but what I’ve learned is as long as I stay ahead of
those plating to exploit my moment of weakness I will be better able to counter with whatever is
required to combat the threat.

This analysis has equipped me with the thought process of thinking through my situation and forming
the basis in with I look at myself, see how others see me and compile all necessary information to
become a better version of myself.

Going forward I will be more inclined to take a step back and utilize SWOT, especially in those situations
where I require more discipline and a better balance in the workplace.
