What Information Must Be Obtained for Journal Article Citing in Turabian

In most cases, your journal entry will include exactly what is required for sufficient referencing, yet when it is not the case, always start step-by-step to ensure that you have the following:

  • Author(s) Surname, which is followed by the first name. Remember that there are certain differences and changes in terms of how we use it in our footnotes and when creating relevant Bibliography.
  • Title of your journal entry, which must be placed in quotation marks in both cases with the comma for footnote/endnote and full stop for Bibliography.
  • The next element that one should mention is the name. It should be placed in italics.
  • Month, Day, and Date come next in parenthesis, ending up with a colon.
  • Right next, you specify page number(s) after space, which looks like “: 119-222”
  • If we talk about a digital publication for our Turabian citation journal article, the URL must be included next.
