Ome The height of the condenser can be lowered or raised mlith the help of a condenser Screw. Immediately below the condenser is the iris diaphragm, which can control the amount of light that reaches the objective. Mirror:- The mirrors fitted on the tailpiece belone the Condenser is a double reflecting mirror, which is pain on one side and a concave mirror on the Other Side Adjustment of microscope:- Adjustment of love pointer objective:-. Adjust the plane mirror So that light is again focused on the Slide Rotate the nose piece so that the high power objective. is in position. Adjust the tris diaphragm So we get a proper image definition. carefully focus using the five adjustments to the Secure Sharp definition. Adjustments for oil immersion objective:- Raise the objective and place a drop of cedar wood oil on the glide in the contre of the field to be examined. Turn on the oil immersion objective 100x and carefully bring it down to touch the drop of oil. Adjust using fine adjustment.
