Delphi Method (Group Method) Process: Ask for written ideas/suggestions from all staff on one topic. Ideas/suggestions of each staff member are sent to all other staff for feedback. Finally, after compiling all suggestions, action shall be taken. Budgeting: Zero Budgeting: No fresh fund will be allocated unless the previous fund is utilized. Reduced Budgeting: The fund will be reduced if waste of the previous fund is observed. Health System of India Budget Allocation: 1.05% of GDP spent on health (1990). ASHA Workers: ASHA (Accredited Social Health Activist) workers are the root of the health system. Coverage: 1 ASHA per 1000 population. USHA: 1 USHA per 2500 population. Roles of ASHA & Anganwadi Workers: Don't give vaccines. Conduct deliveries. Don't make malaria slides. Payment: ASHA workers get paid for every vaccination except BCG, Measles, and OPV.
