Title: Localization of Myocardial Damage in ECG Left Ventricle: Anteroseptal wall Supplied by LAD artery (Left Anterior Descending artery), which supplies all these surfaces. Anterosuperior wall Lateral wall (apical part) Inferior wall Supplied by the RCA (Right Coronary Artery). Posterolateral wall Supplied by LCx (Left Circumflex artery) and partially by RCA (small %). Blood Vessels: RCA (Right Coronary Artery): Supplies the entire right ventricle, inferior wall of the left ventricle, and part of the posterior wall. Occlusion of RCA: Results in: Inferior wall MI (Myocardial Infarction): Seen in leads II, III, aVF on ECG (ST elevation). Inferior + Posterior Wall MI (Infarction) Leads II, III, aVF show ST elevation (inferobasal MI). Reciprocal depression in leads V1, V2, V3. Right Ventricular Infarction: The RV wall and posterior wall are supplied by the PDA (Posterior Descending Artery) of the RCA (Right Coronary Artery). In RV infarction, the current of injury is too small to capture if severe enough in leads V1 to V2. To capture in small infarction, leads V3R, V4R, V5R have to be connected.
