Centrifuge 2.Spray Pumpkin 3. Reaction Tube 4. Pasteur pipette 5. Tube rack Ways of working : I. Red Blood Cell Suspension 5% 1. Prepare 1 test tube 2. Instill 19 drops of 0.9% saline 3. Add 1 drop of washed red blood cells (100%) 4. Homogenize by shaking with a pipette or covering the tube with parafilm then turning the tube until it is even II. Red Blood Cell Suspension 10% 1. Prepare 1 test tube 2. Instill 9 drops of 0.9% saline 3. Add 1 drop of washed red blood cells (100%) 4.
