This was my teachers response to the paper. "Graham, You demonstrated good understanding of the concepts. Your work seems on the right direction. It is not bad after all. If you could give it a little more meat, that would be much better. Example, you said “positive impact” and “negative impact”, what are those exactly? Is the Myanmar government encouraged medical technology development by budgeting USDXXX million in its special economic zone at XYZ area of the Yangon – (positive impact)? Or the government is now shutting down all foreign investments due to current situation with its official announcements (negative impact)? Or international communities such as the US that President Biden announced that the US is now freezing all bank accounts in relation to the current Myanmar government with effective on (date)? etc Or what are the entry barriers of the 5 Forces that Optimax need to break into. These barriers could be governmental policies, capital investment/legal requirements for foreign investor (extract the info from Ministry of Commerce or foreign investment agency), network of infrastructure in Myanmar (# of hospitals from ministry of health), economies of scales (size of population vs patients, market shares of medical businesses, etc). Try look into the broad statements and then narrow them down to specific data/facts. If you could add more detailed facts, it will be fantastic" I am happy with the work, I just wish it could have had more detail. So 4/5 not perfect, but good.
