That classroom is ours. 2-myself-ourselves Yourself-yourselves Himself Herself-themselves Itself We use reflexive pronouns to refer back to the subject of the sentence. The man shot himself. She burned herself. We also use reflexive pronouns to give emphasis to some person orthing mentioned in the sentence. I myself will do the work. The car itself was undamaged. 3- When we use reflexive pronoun with by. We mean alone or without help. -She lives by herself. -He built this house by himself. 4-We form the present perfect tense with have (has) and the past participle of the main verb I have worked-we have worked You have worked-you have worked He has worked She has worked-they have worked It has worke The present perfect tense describes an action that happened at an indefinite time in the past. -I have read that book. -They have moved to Los Angeles. The present perfect tense also describes an action that was repeated several times in the past. - I have read that book several times. - He has studied this lesson over and over. Sentences using the present perfect tense never mention or imply an exact time for an action; we use the simple past tense. -He has gone to New York. -He went to Nwe York yersterday. -I have called you several times. -I called you night. We also use the present perfect tense to describe an action that began in the past and has continued up to the present. He has worked here for two years (He is still working her.) They have lived here since June. (They are still living here.) Note the difference in meaning between the following sentences: He has worked here for two years. (He is still working here.) He worked here for two years (. . . but he doesn't work here anymore.)
