Lower the side rail and lock the wheel as the bed and stretcher are parallel. Roll the pt and roll into the stretcher and count 1, 2, 3, taking care of the head place. Assess the patient's chest, the back, the legs and make it straight. Secure the patient's body with belts and make them comfortable for specific purposes.
