Definition Brain exercise is a collection of simple movements and aims to connect/unite the mind and body. Brain exercises are part of the kinesiology education process.Kinesiology is a science that studies body movements and the relationship between muscles and posture on brain function. Certain movements are believed to be important for the development of the human brain, for example the crawling movement in babies will develop connections between the two hemispheres. This movement was then developed into a more complex movement to improve the learning process and maximize individual abilities. Ways of working As previously mentioned, in order for both hemispheres to work effectively, both hemispheres must function simultaneously. When we are in a state of stress, the brain reacts by inhibiting the simultaneous transmission of information. One of the hemispheres will be switched off, this is where various problems will arise. There will be problems in coordination and interference with the ability to think clearly, solve problems, comprehensionskills, organization and communication effectively. In this case, brain exercises can access both hemispheres simultaneously, the hemispheres will be switched on again and will be in an integrated state. We already know that the brain controls all body functions, brain exercises utilize and form relationships between the brain and the body. By doing movements to access the brain, it turns out that we can integrate all related areas in the learning process so that we can increase our ability to maximize both hemispheres. and improve appearance.
