Disease is any condition that causes the systems of a plant or animal to not function properly 3. Bacteria, viruses, and protozoa 4. Cocci bacteria are shaped like a ball (May be bunched together like a bunch of grapes or may be strung together like a chain) Bacilli bacteria are rod shaped Spiral bacteria are shaped like spirals or corkscrews 5.
