Mr MY, 50 years old, 50kg, had an examination at the Community Health Center, with complaints of not being able to sleep, feeling very short of breath since last night, getting tired easily, coughing up phlegm, reduced appetite and weakness. Mr MY has a habit of staying up until morning, and has quit his smoking habit but has not yet finished. The doctor at the community health center diagnosed the patient as having COPD, which the patient had been suffering from for 1 year. The puskesmas doctor referred him to the hospital to receive optimal therapy. When he arrived at the hospital, Mr. MY received oxygen therapy and was given Ampicillin 3 x 1, Cefotaxime inj 2x 1 gram, Salbutamol 4 mg 3 x 1 and salbutamol nebulzer 3 x 1.
