SGPT inspection 1. Use PPE properly, correctly and completely. 2. Prepare the tools and materials that will be used. 3. Pipette 500 µl of monoreagent, place it in a test tube. 4. Pipet 50 µl of the sample, mix it with the reagent that was pipetted previously. 5. Homogenize and read the absorbance on a spectrophotometer in less than 1 minute.
