FEMORAL2Two Groups OF SUPERACIAL INGUINAL LYMPH NODES(a) Horizontal Group:- Below & parallel to inguinal ligament(b) Vertical Group:- Alongside the great saphenous veinTHREE Superficial branches of femoral artery and theiraccompanying veins(a) Superficial epigastric artery & Vein (b) Superficial circumflex a and(e) Superficial external pudendal artery and vein.FOUR SUPERFICIAL NERVESHuman Anatomy For ExamAt the upper lateral angle of Femoral A :- Ant branch of lat-eut-Nerve ofBelow the middle of Inguinal ligarrent: -Temoral branch of genito femoralthigh.N.Upper medial angle of femoral A:- Ilioinguinal Nerre.RAYApex of femoral A:- Intermediate entereous N. of thigh.BDEEP FASCIA OF THE ROOF(i) It is the upper fasia lata.(iii) It contains Saphenous opening.FEMORAL TRIANGLE : CONTENTS(1) Femoral artery & its brandres (ii) Femoral vein and its branches.(iii) Femoral N and its branches : Outside the femoral sheath.(iv) Femoral streath: :- Surrounding the upper 4 cm. of fineral vesselsand containing the femoral canal(v) Femoral branch of genito femoral N. :-In lateral compartment ofthe femoral sheath.(vi) Lateral cutinous N. of thigh :- In upper lat angle of the(vii) Deep group of inginal lymph nodes :-1-3 nodes along the(viii) Collection of fat : medial side of femoral vein.COMMUNICATIONS OF FEMORAL TRIANGLE1Superiorty :- It iliac communicates fossa of deep to the inguinal ligament withabdomen.(2) Inferiorly :- Communicates at the apex of the A. with upper endof the subsartorial canal.
