‭Troubles : Diagnostic specifications‬ ‭Severity‬‭(‭s‬ ame as EDM)‬ ‭●‬ ‭Mild: 2 symptoms; the intensity is significant but manageable, the impairment in‬ ‭social or professional functioning is minor)‬ ‭●‬ ‭Medium: 3 symptoms‬ ‭●‬ ‭Severe: 4 or 5 symptoms; the intensity is significant and unmanageable, the symptoms‬ ‭interfere with functioning‬ ‭With psychotic features‬‭: congruent or incongruent to mood With anxiety (same as‬ ‭EDM)‬ ‭With mixed characteristics‬‭:‬ ‭➔‬ ‭All of the criteria for a manic or hypomanic episode are met and are associated with at‬ ‭least 3 of the following symptoms‬ ‭➔‬ ‭◆‬ ‭dysphoria or depressed mood‬ ‭◆‬ ‭Decreased interest or pleasure‬ ‭◆‬ ‭Psychomotor slowing‬ ‭◆‬ ‭Fatigue or loss of energy.‬ ‭◆‬ ‭Feeling of worthlessness or excessive or inappropriate guilt (‬ ‭◆‬ ‭Recurrent thoughts of death, recurrent suicidal ideation, or attempted suicide‬ ‭These symptoms have been observed by others and represent a change from the‬ ‭subject's usual functioning.‬ ‭➔‬ ‭If all the criteria for mania and depression are combined, the diagnosis of manic‬ ‭episode with mixed characteristics is made.‬ ‭➔‬ ‭The symptoms are not attributable to the physiological effects of a substance‬ ‭With appearance in peripartum: (same as EDM)‬ ‭With catatonic characteristics:‬‭(same as EDM)‬
